In an effort to increase the quality of our hosting accounts, we have been planning a move to a new, faster server. Today we started migrating accounts to our new server at 0000 hrs. While this process was taking place all domains under our control were pointing to the old server, allowing sites to effectively experience zero downtime during the migration.
We completed the migration process and checked the files to ensure full integrity. As soon as our migration passed our tests, we changed the domain DNS for all domains under our control to point to the new location.
Please remember, if you bought your own domain you will need to change its DNS addresses to ns1.isnigh.com and ns2.isnigh.com
We will continue to keep accounts on our old server for 7 days. On 10th Feb 2010 the old server will be disconnected and all data removed. You should logon to your account and make sure that everything is present and working.
You should make sure that you always use your primary domain when connecting to your cPanel or ftp.
To connect to your account on our old server you should use your old login details and connect using the IP mentioned in the welcome e-mail we sent to you when you first joined.
All migrated cPanels have been assigned a new password. Please check your e-mail for your new password.

We have received reports from a few users that their hosting accounts were defaulting to PST timezone and not UTC. This can cause problems with software that assumes the server is using UTC and will result in incorrect times being used.
This problem has now been rectified and all users should be seeing the standard UTC times when they login to their servers.

We have staff all over the world. Three of which are from the Philippines, two of these are located in manila where they have had the worst flooding in a decade with an unbelievable 1 month of rain in just 6 hours. We have contacted one of our staff in manila, but the second has been on the roof of her house for 2 days before her cell phone cut out. Presently, we have no idea where she is and assume that she is still on the roof of her house. In the area that she lives there is a high probability of a massive landslide with such a high level of rain in just 6 hours.
We have been scrambling to provide continued levels of support to all our customers without interruption as well as locating and talking to all members of our support team who are in manila.

Server Changes & Upgrades
In our ongoing effort to improve how we manage both products and customers, we have opted for a new licensing and customer management system. Our new system has vastly improved our responce time to support requests. Plus, as you write your support ticket, our new system will suggest support articles that may provide you with the information you require. Our old licensing system was showing repeated errors to a small number of customers. We have isolated the problem and have been thoroughly testing our new system to ensure that it will solve this issue as well as providing a much better all over service. Licenses can be released manually when you need to move your product to a new location. All in all, our new system should vastly reduce the posibility of seeing errors and make managing your product and requesting support much earier.
As soon as we move customers to our new licensing system, we will e-mail all affected users to provide instructions of what you should do. This should involve uploading a new version of our plugin and entering your new licensing key. When the change takes place, we will give customers 1 months notice before we terminate our old licensing system. We will be providing full support to any customers who experience any problems using our new system.

Over the coming month we will be moving our hosting servers around. Primarily we will be moving all clients to our main domain (Host-Green.com) as we will be selling the domains currently used for hosting.
What do I need to do?
If you are a current customer who manages their own domain name, you should change your domains DNS servers to the following:
DNS1: NS355.WEBSITEWELCOME.COM
DNS2: NS356.WEBSITEWELCOME.COM
If you bought your domain when you ordered your hosting plan, the dns servers for them will be automatically changed when needed.
New Website
You should visit Host-Green.com for all support, billing and customer service enquires. If your previous account management login link was within thisismyempire.com or 5starservers.com, you will need to use the new login link provided in the sidebar of Host-Green.com. All customers accounts will be transferred to Host-Green.com over the coming weeks. If you have any problems logging into your account or other use, please contact our support team via Host-Green.com where a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
