Welcome to our Quick Start Guide. This guide assumes that you have already ordered and paid for you chosen hosting plan. Once your order has been processed, you should receive an e-mail that will contain all of your login details. If you have ordered a domain, it can take as long as 72 hours for the domain to resolve onto our servers. This is a standard period for domains to resolve, but it will normally start to resolve within 1 hour. Once the domain has started to resolve onto our servers, you will be e-mailed to inform you that your domain is ready to use with your hosting account.

Connecting to your account
As soon as your account has been created, you will be able to access your account via cPanel and FTP. Your login details for both your cPanel and ftp are identical, the only difference is the connection address.
Your cPanel address will be YourDomain.com/cpanel
Your ftp address will be ftp.YourDomain.com using the standard port "21"

However, if you have ordered a domain and it has not yet resolved onto our server, you should check the e-mail we sent you containing your account information as this will include addresses that you can use to access your hosting account prior to your domain becoming available on the server.

Using cPanel
cPanel includes a lot of options and facilities. Depending on how you will be using your hosting account will depend on what areas of cPanel you will need to use. We have created an information page that is dedicated to cPanel and all of its functions.
