When you first install one of our licensed products, you will enter your license key. This saves the domain, ip and location on your sever to your license.

From time to time you may want to move your site to a new domain, or some details on your server such as IP may change.

You can move your license to a new domain or IP by reissuing your license.

To reissue your license, please follow these steps:

De-activate your product on the old domain or server

Logon to your account by clicking here, then click on "Products & Downloads -> My Products" from the main menu.

Click on the "View Details" button next to the relevant license

Click on the "Management Actions" tab and then click "Reissue License"

Once reissued, your license is ready to be activated in another location.

Please make sure that you are only running one copy at a time and that your product is not still active on the old location, otherwise incorrect license details may be picked up resulting in errors.

Can you not see a reissue button?
If you can not see a reissue button, then your license is not locked to a location and you should be able to use your license in a new location. If you see errors, please contact our support department.
