When entering a promotional code, the code may have set requirements. For example, the code may be for existing customer only. Likewise, it may also be for new customers only.
Here we will list all the Promotional Code error messages and what they mean.
"You must have an active product/service to use this code" - this promotional code is for new customers only. If you are a current customer and you see this error when trying to order an extra product or service, please make sure you are logged into your account while ordering.
"The promotion code entered does not exist" - Plain and simply put, the promotional code you entered does not exist. Please make sure that you have entered it correctly and it does not contain any spaces.
