Authorize.net is a payment gateway which over time has proven to be very popular and secure.
Merchant Account
To be able to receive funds using Authorize.net, you must first register for a Merchant Account. If you already have an account with Authorize.net, you will likely already have a Merchant Account (full registration details below).Once you have an Authorize.net account you will need the following information, which you will then enter into your Authorize.net gateway which you can find within your blog under wp-Member >> Gateways, clicking on the "edit" link next to your authorize.net gateway.
Your API Login ID
Your Transaction Key
Authorize Return URL (the url that you want customers to go to after they make their payment, such as a thank you page)
Authorize Cancel URL (the url that you want customers to go to if they cancel their payment after registering on your website)You should obtain both your API Login ID and Transaction Key from Authorize.net. If you have any issues locating them, please contact Authorize.net or your chosen reseller who will be able to provide the information for you.
Register via Authorize.net
You can register for a merchant account directly with Authorize.net. Authorize.net allow resellers to sell Authorize.net accounts, most of which provide special offers and reduced setup fees.
