Server Changes & Upgrades
In our ongoing effort to improve how we manage both products and customers, we have opted for a new licensing and customer management system. Our new system has vastly improved our responce time to support requests. Plus, as you write your support ticket, our new system will suggest support articles that may provide you with the information you require. Our old licensing system was showing repeated errors to a small number of customers. We have isolated the problem and have been thoroughly testing our new system to ensure that it will solve this issue as well as providing a much better all over service. Licenses can be released manually when you need to move your product to a new location. All in all, our new system should vastly reduce the posibility of seeing errors and make managing your product and requesting support much earier.
As soon as we move customers to our new licensing system, we will e-mail all affected users to provide instructions of what you should do. This should involve uploading a new version of our plugin and entering your new licensing key. When the change takes place, we will give customers 1 months notice before we terminate our old licensing system. We will be providing full support to any customers who experience any problems using our new system.
