We have recently moved to a new server to provide extra redundancy and improve performance. Today our new server was set to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), which is a standard for most servers.
Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is a time standard based on International Atomic Time (TAI) with leap seconds added at irregular intervals to compensate for the Earth’s slowing rotation.UT1, which is mean solar time at the Royal Observatory, Greenwich. Leap seconds are used to allow UTC to closely track.
When using our servers, you may notice some minor time differences when viewing times during the switch, but this should not cause any problems. If you do experience any time related problems with your hosting account or your customer account on our server, please contact our support team by clicking on the support link at the top of every page to report the issue.
